Uniper advances sustainable energy in Hungary with the Tét solar park
Uniper is set to expand Hungary’s renewable energy capacity with a 90 MWp solar park in Tét, expected to begin operations in 2027. Once completed, the plant will contribute to Hungary’s energy transition.
Along with the 61 MWp Aton project in Dunaföldvár, Uniper will leverage solar power to provide renewable energy for up to 92,000 households.
Jörg Lennertz, Uniper Renewables, CEO: “We are proud to be part of Hungary's energy transition and to support the country's path to renewable energy with this solar project."
The project is part of Uniper’s broader commitment to increasing zero-carbon power generation across Europe and supporting a more sustainable energy future. Here you can find out more information in our latest press release.
We look forward to talking to you!
