When working in our offices, teams sit together in their home zone. Employees can book a workspace via our digital booking system. We believe in the benefits of working in open spaces as it encourages internal networking. 

Teams can work together in creative collaboration rooms. At the same time, the office also offers space for confidential talks and individual focus time.  

At Uniper, the classic office workplace and the home office workplace are regarded as equal options.

That is why Uniper is committed to making employees’ home offices safe by providing the necessary IT equipment and ergonomic furniture, delivering it directly to our homes and installing the home office setup.

Customized design options ensure that individual needs and interests are considered. The high quality and adjustable furniture is both stylish and supports physical well-being.

At Uniper, where we work is not limited to the office and the home office: we are free to choose where to work inside the employment country, as long as it is compatible with the team agreement and technical and data protection requirements are met.
 
Some employees are also eligible to work outside of the employment country - our “GeoFlex“ approach details the conditions for working abroad, based on the destination country, duration of stay and Uniper job function. GeoFlex currently includes most EU countries and the EEA as well as the UK and Switzerland.
