The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 a) GDPR) if you have accepted all cookies or the statistical cookies in the cookie banner. The transmission of this data is voluntary. It is also not required for the conclusion of a contract.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Furthermore, we have integrated Google Ads conversion tracking on our website. Google Ads is an Internet advertising service that allows advertisers to place ads in Google's search engine results as well as in the Google advertising network. Google Ads allows an advertiser to specify certain keywords in advance, by means of which an ad is displayed in Google's search engine results exclusively when the user retrieves a keyword-relevant search result using the search engine. In the Google advertising network, the ads are distributed on topic-relevant websites by means of an automatic algorithm and in compliance with the previously defined keywords.
The operating company of the Google Ads services is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The purpose of Google Ads is to advertise our website by displaying interest-relevant advertising on the websites of third-party companies and in the search engine results of the Google search engine.
If you reach our website via a Google ad, a so-called conversion cookie is stored on your IT system by Google. A conversion cookie loses its validity after thirty days and is not used to identify you. If the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion cookie is used to track whether certain subpages, such as the shopping cart, have been called up on our website. Through the conversion cookie, both we and Google can track whether a user who arrived on our website via an Ads ad generated a sale, i.e. completed or cancelled a purchase of goods.
Neither our company nor other advertisers of Google Ads receive information from Google by means of which you could be identified.
You can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by refusing your consent or by your revocation or by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on your IT system. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Ads can be deleted at any time via the internet browser or other software programs.
Furthermore, you have the option to object to interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, you must call up the link www.google.de/settings/ads from the Internet browser you are using and make the desired settings there.
Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit.a DS-GVO. You can revoke your consent at any time.
Note on the processing of your collected data by companies in or from the USA:
With your consent, you simultaneously give your consent pursuant to Art. 49 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO for your data to be processed by companies in or from the USA. The European Court of Justice considers the USA to be a country with an insufficient level of data protection according to EU standards. There may be a risk that U.S. authorities may have access to your data under U.S. laws and that you may not be able to rely on the protection of European laws.
If you do not consent, no transfer will take place, but some features of this site may be restricted.
Use of the IP address
Computers and devices connected to the Internet are assigned a unique number, called an IP address. Because these numbers are usually assigned in country-based blocks, an IP address can often be used to identify the country (state or city) where this computer connects to the Internet.
Cookies and device identifiers – General information and consent requirements
Cookies and similar technologies are used on this website.
Cookies are small text files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your end device (computer, tablet, smartphone or similar). In the cookie, information is stored that arises in each case in connection with the specific end device used. This does not mean, however, that we thereby gain immediate knowledge of your identity. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (so-called permanent or cross-session cookies). These cookies in particular serve, among other things, to make our offer more attractive to you.
According to legal requirements, the storage of information on end devices (computers, smartphones, tablets or similar) - e.g. by setting cookies - as well as the retrieval of information from end devices (tracking) is generally only permitted if you have given your prior consent. The legal basis for this is Section 25 (1) sentence 1 TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1)(1)(a) GDPR. However, consent does not have to be granted if such storage/retrieval is necessary for the website offering. The legal basis for this is Section 25 (2) number 2 TTDSG. A necessity is given, for example, with regard to ensuring the following functionalities / achieving the following purposes:
- Display of the website,
- ensuring the security of the system.
a. Intervention options / browser settings
Of course, you can set up your browser so that it does not store our cookies on your end device. The help function in the menu bar of most web browsers explains how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have your browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or even how to delete all cookies you have already received and block them for all further ones.
