After my studies, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do. It was important for me to contribute to socially relevant projects. At Uniper, I can choose my assignments and, after onboarding, I can also contribute in technical areas.

The wonderful internationality of our staff inspires each individual in Uniper to embrace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in one's mindset and behaviors. My mission as DEI sponsor is to help turning our further aspirations into practice.

My passion is driven by the excitement of learning something new every day and a strong sense of pride supporting our Uniper business growth & Strategy. This is enhanced by the presence of a great team around me, whom I can always rely on.

The Uniper Way
Because it is very important to us that we value, respect and trust each other, we developed the Uniper Way. It describes how we want to work together. This affects the areas of leadership, teamwork and, first of all, every single employee. There is freedom in which everyone can act as if it were their own company.
Sounds good in theory, works much better in practice! Visit us and get to know the Uniper Way even better.
