Uniper Global Commodities SE and Uniper Energy Sales GmbH are REDcert-EU and SURE-EU certified and meet the sustainability criteria of the EU RED II Directive.
Why certification matters
These certifications ensure that our biomethane and bio-LNG is produced sustainably and meets strict environmental and social criteria. They form the basis for access to sustainable markets and the associated support mechanisms.
They ensure the traceability of sustainable materials along the entire supply chain - in line with legal frameworks such as the EU Renewable Energy Directive (RED II) - and are crucial for trading renewable molecules in accordance with applicable market standards.
