Carbon neutral by 2040

Uniper Benelux views its responsibility to the planet as a key priority. That’s why we are committed to an ambitious strategy: a carbon-free future by 2040. This strategy is backed by an investment budget of billions of euros. Uniper SE explicitly involves its Dutch branch in achieving these ambitious goals.

Security of supply

In 2022, Uniper contributed to securing and diversifying Europe's energy supply despite the challenges faced that year. The opening of the first LNG terminal in Wilhelmshaven in 2022 is a significant and impressive example of how Uniper achieved both goals

Sustainability
